Privacy Policy

VisitorRecall (the "Service") helps churches send personalized follow-up emails to first-time visitors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you book a call or sign up, we collect your name, email, church name, and any details you choose to share about your visitor follow-up process. To draft visitor emails, you provide us with the names, contact details, and connect-card notes for the people who visited your church.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the Service: drafting personalized emails for your approval, integrating with your church management system, and supporting your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your information or your visitors' information with third parties for marketing.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard providers (AWS, Stripe). Access is limited to staff who need it to support you.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any of our emails at any time by contacting us. We will delete visitor data within 30 days of you ending your subscription.
